Job description Relationship Management
Manage banking and investment relationships while driving overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from branch/retail customers.
Build, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing superior service that exceeds expectations of the key customer segment.
Identify and maximize revenue potential by deepening existing relationships and growing wallet share.
Generating Incremental Business
Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments.
Proactively sell the complete suite of consumer and commercial products to existing and potential clients.
Grow CASA balances through portfolio deepening and new customer acquisition.
Enhance product and channel penetration to increase customer value with the bank.
Customer Engagement
