| Job description | Attend inbound calls of retail asset customers and resolve queries/requests. Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling banking products. Ensure high-quality communication, customer servicing, and timely resolution of issues. Maintain productivity/service benchmarks and achieve customer delight. Complete daily process logs (End-of-day targets). Adhere to information security and quality process norms. Act on feedback from Team Leader/Coach to improve performance. |
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. |
| Experience | Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Hands-on experience in Microservices development, workflow orchestration (Camunda or Temporal), and containerization (Docker). |
| Certifications (Optional, Preferred) | Java Certified Developer AWS Developer or Solution Architect |
| Skills | Familiarity with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud services (AWS/Azure). Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and agile/Kanban methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in product engineering or Indian banking/fintech domain is preferred. |
