Cross-selling asset products and enhancing overall customer value. 5. Assisting HNI relationship managers when required. 6. Ensuring low attrition ratios and acquiring new customers through referrals. |
| Qualifications | Graduates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or banking. |
| Experience | Balanced service and sales orientation; candidates with a stronger sales inclination may also be considered. Experienced customer service professionals from financial services (e.g., mutual funds, securities houses) with sales orientation are welcome. |
