CTET February 2026 Notification: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 for candidates who want to become teachers in India. This exam is required for those applying to teach Classes I to VIII in central government schools like KVS, NVS, and other CBSE-affiliated schools.

CTET 2026 Salary Details

  • CTET Level-II TGT (Classes 6 to 8): Pay scale ranges from ₹9,300 to ₹34,800, with a higher grade pay of ₹4,600.

In addition to the basic pay and grade pay, teachers are also entitled to other allowances as per government rules and norms.
