Job Responsibilities: | Attend inbound calls from Privy League (HNI) customers and handle queries/requests with high service standards. Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products during customer interactions. Ensure quality communication and customer servicing within set benchmarks. Drive customer delight through timely and consistent query resolution. Complete daily process logs and end-of-day reports. Adhere to Information Security and process quality norms. Stay updated with process changes and compliance requirements. Implement feedback from Team Leader, Quality team, or Coaching sessions to enhance performance. |
Qualification | Graduate in any discipline. |
Experience | Experience: 1–2 years (minimum 6 months in customer service role, preferably in a call center). |
Skills | Strong verbal & written communication skills. Good listening skills and ability to build quick rapport. Must be confident, motivated, and a team player. Positive, can-do attitude with integrity and willingness to learn. |
