Prior exposure to leading gold loan companies like Muthoot, Manappuram, IIFL, Koshamattam, Paul Merchants, etc., will be an added advantage. Strong motivation, customer service orientation, and ability to drive results. |
| Skills | Sales & Customer Service in financial services (Gold Loans domain preferred). Gold Loan Appraisal & Valuation. Cash Management & Bank Reconciliation. KYC, Vault Management, and Safety/Security procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of local vernacular language is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office applications. |
