| Job description | Strategy & Planning Drive the end-to-end implementation of the DPDP Act compliance framework across all bank functions. Contribute to the setup and management of processes for handling Data Principal Rights requests (access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, etc.) Policies, Processes & Procedures Develop, review, and maintain privacy policies, consent management systems, and data processing notices. Conduct and document Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for both new and existing processes/products. Oversee vendor compliance with DPDP Act requirements and support assessments of third-party data processing risks. Create and present periodic dashboards, risk registers, and compliance status reports for senior management and the DPO. Assist in conducting internal audits, and deliver training sessions and awareness programs on DPDP Act compliance. |
| Education | Essential: LL.B. Certified data scientist, MBA with specialization in Data Science or Data Analytics, PGDBA, Preferred: Industry certifications preferred (e.g., DCPP, CIPP, CIPM, ISO 27701, certified GDPR Foundation etc. |
