You will act as a key interface with founders and internal stakeholders, driving client-centric solutions and structured credit products. You will also establish Kotak Mahindra Bank as a thought leader in the startup, VC, and PE investor ecosystem, creating brand mindshare and strategic influence. |
| Qualification | Chartered Accountant / MBA (Premier Institute). |
| Experience | 5–7 years in Corporate Banking |
| Skills | Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of corporate banking products: Assets, Forex, Trade, CMS. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude. Ability to work independently and handle complex client portfolios. |
