| Job Responsibilities: | Independent role managing a business volume of ₹40–75L PM (Unsecured Business Loans). Strong understanding of local market with focus on self-employed category. Assess client businesses and provide suitable solutions (Business Loans, OD Facility). Work closely with DSAs, tele-calling, and branch banking teams for new customer acquisition. Cross-sell products like Current Account, Savings Account, Life Insurance, General Insurance. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, promoters) in target segments. Track competitor activities to strengthen Kotak’s market presence. Monitor sourced accounts and identify top-up opportunities on existing loans. |
| Qualification | Preferably MBA / CA. |
| Experience | 7–8 years’ experience in the local market. Background in Credit & Sales is required. Prior experience in driving and managing teams is essential. |
