| Job Responsibilities: | We are looking for an experienced Observability Platform Engineer & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Support Services team. You will help design, build, and maintain large-scale observability solutions, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Kotak’s critical banking platforms. This role focuses on automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and monitoring to deliver world-class operational excellence across on-premises and cloud systems. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) |
| Experience | Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures. |
| Skills | Promote the adoption and proper use of tools, processes, and technologies. Lead initiatives that foster collaboration within and across teams. Present roadmaps and engagement models to stakeholders via written updates, team channels, and webinars. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation on tools, processes, and methodologies (e.g., wiki pages, Confluence). Develop and deliver internal training programs for onboarding new staff and upskilling existing team members. Exhibit humility, trust, and transparency in all interactions with colleagues and stakeholders. |
