| Skills | Drive home loan sales aggressively to meet business targets, while strengthening client relationships. Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channels to generate repeat business and referrals. Maximize sales through DSA networks by managing relationships with builders and connectors. Identify and develop new builder/channel partnerships to penetrate new markets. Ensure end-to-end processing of loan files, coordinating with Operations and Credit teams. Increase APF penetration in approved projects. |
