| Job Responsibilities: | Conduct Video KYC and verify customer details & documents. Ensure KYC is completed with the correct party. Maintain professional customer relationships throughout the process. Cross-sell banking products and provide accurate information. Follow up with pending customers to ensure timely completion. Deliver quality communication and meet productivity/service benchmarks. Achieve targets for conversions and cross-selling. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely query resolution. Follow Information Security, quality standards, and process updates. Act on feedback to improve performance. |
| Qualification | Graduate with good English communication skills. |
| Languages | Fluency in local languages (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati) preferred. |
| Experience | 1–2 years in customer service (email or call support) |
| Skills | Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Integrity, dedication, and willingness to learn. Customer-centric approach with ability to cross-sell. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. |
