| Role Summary | Operate and support network & firewall security operations, manage Tufin workflows, ensure compliance, and provide 24×7 security operational support in enterprise and cloud environments |
| Key Responsibilities | – Operate & maintain Tufin SecureTrack/SecureChange workflows and firewall rule lifecycle- Review firewall rules; identify risky/unused rules and document remediation- Validate firewall / NACL / NSG change requests and ensure compliance- Support compliance reporting, audit documentation & policy violation tracking- Assist incident response: triage, document, escalate as required- Provide operational support for Fortinet, Cisco & Checkpoint firewalls- Participate in 24×7 shift coverage, ticket handling & on-call support- Maintain documentation for rule reviews, change validations & incidents- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security operations- Participate in training & knowledge sharing (security tools, compliance, cloud security) |
