| Qualifications | B.E. / Diploma / ITI or equivalent technical qualification. |
| Certifications (Mandatory) | IRATA Level 1, Anettva OFI, or equivalent. |
| Preferred Training | GWO Blade B or related training, SAP, MS Office proficiency. |
| Experience | Minimum 6 years in blade services, wind energy, or similar technical fields. Proven hands-on experience in structural blade repair and maintenance. |
| Skills | Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). |
