| Qualifications & Experience | Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years in collections, recovery, or credit control—preferably in vehicle finance or retail lending. |
Skills | Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing collection processes. Proficiency in collection tools, reporting systems, and MS Office applications. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area. |
