| Skills | Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Experience in corporate training design and facilitation preferred. Exposure to Finance Transformation, Technology in Finance, and Workforce Optimization initiatives. |
