| Job Responsibilities: | As a Manager – SFDC Functional, you will be responsible for leading the Salesforce consulting engagements within KPMG’s Technology Consulting practice. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, define CRM strategies, design Salesforce-based solutions, and oversee implementation to drive business transformation. |
| Qualification | B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or Post-Graduation in a relevant discipline. |
| Experience | 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce Functional Consulting, including implementation and support projects. |
| Skills | Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM modules, workflows, approval processes, and automation tools. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, and familiarity with technical components like Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning is desirable. Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, marketing, analytics, etc.). Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. |
