| Job Responsibilities: | The Acquisition Manager – Retail Loan Sales will be responsible for acquiring new retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels. This role requires proactive lead generation, strong relationship management with channel partners, and a focus on achieving sales targets across retail loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Personal Loans. |

| Experience | Prior experience in retail branch banking or customer service preferred. |
| Skills | Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Knowledge of loan documentation, credit norms, and financial products. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. |
