| Role Summary | Promote and detail Essity’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence within the assigned territory. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Conduct field visits to generate prescriptions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.- Organize CMEs, product demos, and promotional activities.- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.- Maintain call reports, sales updates, and territory insights.- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. |
| Required Qualifications & Skills | – Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Business or related field.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong planning, territory management, and execution abilities.- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel. |
