| Skiils | Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A customer-first approach and a positive attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in customer service or telecalling preferred (freshers/female candidates encouraged to apply).
