Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager will act as a project leader or senior team member in internal audit, process consulting, and risk consulting engagements under the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) practice. The role involves client interaction, team leadership, quality delivery, and identification of business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Lead or support internal audit, process consulting, and risk consulting engagements• Manage and review deliverables prepared by 1–3 team members• Interact with client stakeholders for ongoing project requirements• Identify potential business development opportunities during engagements• Ensure high-quality client service and ownership of assigned project areas• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and continuously update professional knowledge• Stay current with industry trends and advisory service developments• Travel to client locations within India and abroad as required
Required ExperienceExperience in process consulting, internal audit, or risk consulting
Domain KnowledgeStrong understanding of business processes, operational risks, and controls in at least one industry sector
Core Skills• Process gap analysis• Risk identification in business processes• Control rationalization, optimization, and effectiveness assessment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Data analytics skills (advanced tools preferred)• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications – Preferred• Qualified CA with articleship from Big-4 firms OR MBA from Top 10 B-Schools with 3–5 years relevant experience
Educational Qualifications – Alternate• CA (non-Big4) / MBA (non-Top 10) with 3–6 years experience• Graduates (BE/B.Tech, BCom, BBM) with 6–8 years experience• Graduates with CS / ICWA with 5–7 years experience
