| Role Overview | The Executive – Compliance Review (Legal) role focuses on conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits, and implementation of compliance frameworks across multiple legal and regulatory domains for diverse industry clients. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance across multiple law categories (Labour laws, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, sector-specific laws)• Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits across sectors• Identify and mitigate compliance risks• Develop compliance checklists, manuals, policies, SOPs, and training materials• Implement and manage compliance tools for multiple clients• Monitor compliance tools on behalf of clients• Track statutory and regulatory updates and best practices• Handle projects, teams, and client escalations• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple clients• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and clients• Liaise with internal teams to manage multiple assignments |
