Role OverviewThe Senior – ILS role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and sales coordination, supporting field sales teams through structured outreach, CRM tracking, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities – Lead Generation & QualificationConduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach; identify and qualify potential customers; maintain a consistent pipeline of new leads; ensure timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities – Customer EngagementSchedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for field sales teams; assist in preparing proposals and presentations; understand customer needs and communicate value propositions; respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Coordination & ReportingRecord customer interactions and sales activities accurately; track lead status; update sales pipeline and reports regularly.
