| Role Summary | Responsible for overseeing and coordinating structural design and planning in building engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, timelines, and budget. |
| Key Responsibility 1 | Collaborate with architects, engineers, and professionals to integrate structural designs with HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems. |
| Key Responsibility 2 | Act as liaison between design team and contractors during construction. |
| Key Responsibility 3 | Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding updates and timelines. |
| Key Responsibility 4 | Ensure alignment of structural designs with project and client requirements. |
| Key Responsibility 5 | Resolve design issues and recommend functional and cost-effective improvements. |
| Technical Requirement 1 | Experience in structural design/engineering in construction or design industry. |
| Technical Requirement 2 | Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design projects. |
| Technical Requirement 3 | Strong knowledge of analytical & structural design principles and building codes. |
| Software Requirement 1 | ETABS, SAFE, STAAD (preferred). |
| Software Requirement 2 | BIM & 3D tools – Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD (added advantage). |
