Role SummaryBuild and scale the Amazon Ads Partner Network (AAPN) by enabling agencies and driving advertiser adoption of partner services.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn scaled partner engagement (supply & demand side); onboard third-party agencies; design enablement programs; launch scalable lifecycle initiatives; educate partners on Amazon Ads tools/products; monitor performance; drive advertiser demand for partner services.
Basic Qualifications2+ years of sales experience; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce); experience in advertising; DSP/ad network sales experience.
Preferred QualificationsExperience building high-velocity ad products; experience in e-commerce.
Core Skills RequiredBusiness development, partner enablement, program management, sales strategy, performance monitoring, stakeholder collaboration.
Work EnvironmentCross-functional collaboration with internal marketing/content teams and external advertising partners.
