Finance Strategy WorkAssess finance operating model, processes & technology; build finance transformation roadmap
Business Process Re-engineeringStandardize & simplify finance processes; improve cost efficiency
Reporting & CloseImprove month-end closing & reporting cycle
Performance ManagementDefine KPIs & performance measures aligned to strategy
Planning & ForecastingImprove budgeting, financial forecasting & enterprise planning processes
Technical Skill RequirementHands-on Anaplan modeling (Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation use cases)
Certification RequirementAnaplan Level 2 Model Builder Certification
Consulting Experience RequiredExperience in Sales Performance Planning / Supply Chain / Financial Planning consulting roles
Tools & MethodologySCRUM/Agile familiarity; Advanced MS Excel (mock-ups & modeling)
