| Qualification | Graduate / CA / MBA (Finance or Marketing). |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in managing large corporate relationships, corporate groups, or conglomerates. |
| Skills | Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to anticipate client needs and provide consultative solutions. Good understanding of corporate banking products and credit appraisal. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. High ethical standards and customer-centric mindset. |
