| Job Responsibilities: | We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) to oversee and grow the secured lending business within the Consumer Bank. The role focuses on sourcing retail customers for LAP products, managing distribution through open market channels, and driving business through strong relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in secured loan sales, strong market knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills. You will lead business development efforts, manage and train DSAs/DSTs, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a seamless loan processing experience for customers. Cross-selling and delivering superior service quality are key components of this role. |
