| Job Responsibilities: | 1. Market Assessment & Business Development Conduct detailed market research to analyse consumer behaviour, competition, and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Participate in meetings with key customers, promoters, and prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts to ensure business continuity and long-term growth. Independently manage complex client relationships under overall guidance from Senior Relationship Managers/Team Leaders. 2. Revenue Generation Identify new sales opportunities and leverage sector-specific knowledge to drive revenue from new and existing clients. Target industry/product-specific business opportunities to achieve assigned budgets. Ensure seamless coordination between the customer and internal relationship teams to support sales closure. 3. Portfolio Management & Deal Structuring Work independently and under senior supervision to structure or restructure deals as per client financial requirements. Conduct research and compile data for preparing detailed credit proposals aligned with customer needs. Coordinate with CAD and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and proposal processing. 4. Credit Appraisal Conduct detailed credit assessments and prepare CAMs (Credit Appraisal Memorandums). Work closely with the Risk Management team to ensure adherence to credit policies and guidelines. 5. Documentation & Compliance Complete all required documentation and update CRM systems in line with internal guidelines. Maintain high standards of documentation quality, client communication, and process compliance. Collaborate with relevant business units to ensure smooth and timely transaction turnaround. |
