Eligibility Criteria

  • Junior Executive – Assistant (2.1): Minimum 3-year full-time regular graduation in any discipline except Engineering-UG/PG, Medicine.
  • Junior Executive – Civil (2.2): 3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Junior Executive – Mechanical (2.3): 3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Junior Executive – Electrical (2.4): 3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Junior Executive – Chemical (2.5): 3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
  • Junior Executive – Quality Control (2.6): 3-year full-time regular graduation in Chemistry (B.Sc. Chemistry).
  • Junior Executive – HR (2.7): 3-year full-time regular BBA / BBA (Honours) / BMS with HR Specialization.

Desirable: 2-year full-time regular Masters in Cyber Security / Information Security / OT Security.
  • Minimum Marks: CA/CMA – Minimum 50% marks in CA/CMA AND Minimum 65% marks for UR/OBCNC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates in Graduation. All other positions – Minimum 65% marks for UR/OBCNC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • All qualifications must be full-time regular courses from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University / Deemed University.

Salary / Stipend

  • Pay Scale ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000: CTC Approx. ₹10.88 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000: CTC Approx. ₹14.51 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000: CTC Approx. ₹18.14 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000: CTC Approx. ₹21.77 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000: CTC Approx. ₹26.24 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000: CTC Approx. ₹29.98 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000: CTC Approx. ₹34.81 Lakh per annum
  • Pay Scale ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000: CTC Approx. ₹49.30 Lakh per annum
  • FTC Position (Senior Cyber Security Strategist & Advisor): Annual Consolidated Remuneration of ₹50 Lakhs or ₹60 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience level).
  • A candidate will be inducted at the minimum of the pay scale.
  • The CTC includes Basic Pay, Retirement Benefits, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, and Performance Related Pay (at maximum), payable as per Corporation’s policy.
  • The above CTC is for candidates posted in metro cities and may vary for other locations.

Age Limit (as on 25-03-2026)

  • Junior Executive (All Freshers Posts – 2.1 to 2.8): Maximum Age – 25 Years
  • Engineer Posts (2.9 to 2.12): Maximum Age – 25 Years
  • Officer – Finance / HR / IS (2.13 to 2.17): Maximum Age – 25 to 27 Years (varies by post)
  • Experienced Professionals (3.1 to 3.29): Maximum age varies from 26 to 47 years depending upon the position and completed years of experience as per the table in the notification.
  • FTC – Senior Cyber Security Strategist & Advisor (4.1): Maximum Age – 39 to 45 Years (depending on experience)
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC / ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years relaxation
    • PwBD (UR): 10 years relaxation
    • PwBD (OBCNC): 13 years relaxation
    • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years relaxation
    • Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989: 5 years relaxation
