| Key Responsibilities | Monitor & resolve production issues; Maintain IAM infra across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI; Troubleshoot complex IAM issues; Manage IAM policies & processes; Tier 2 support & investigations; Log analysis & platform tuning; CI/CD deployment support; Incident response & root cause analysis; Implement security best practices; Collaborate with dev & operations teams. |
