| Technical Responsibilities | Define workflows, integration points, data migration strategy, and API integration |
| RFP & Bid Support | Assist in RFP drafting, bid evaluation, vendor onboarding, and proposal preparation |
| Project Implementation | Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and e-Governance standards |
| Documentation Work | Validate BRD, FRS, SRS and participate in UAT and system rollout |
| Domain Knowledge | Social welfare, labour domain processes, employment portals, and compliance systems |
| Technical Skills | Knowledge of IT architecture, data migration, and emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and RPA |
| Government Consulting | Experience working with government departments and senior officials preferred |
| Additional Skills | Research on government policies, large-scale data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and decision support systems |
