Role ObjectiveLead Workday HCM Compensation implementations and HR transformation projects while managing client relationships and delivery excellence
Core ResponsibilitiesLead Workday implementation projects, manage compensation configuration, resolve functional issues, implement business rules, and ensure successful client delivery
Implementation MethodologyApply Workday implementation methodology across project lifecycle
System AnalysisAnalyze Workday release updates and assess impact on client configurations
Configuration TasksConfigure compensation plans, business rules, and HR system functionalities
Compensation ManagementSetup compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus plans, and stock-based compensation
Security & ComplianceManage Workday security domains and ensure GDPR compliance
Reporting & AnalyticsCreate custom reports and analytics within Workday
Experience RequiredMinimum 10+ years of Workday Compensation implementation or support experience
Certification RequirementWorkday Core Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation certification
Functional ExpertiseHR, Compensation, Absence Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruitment
Technical ResponsibilitiesConfigure market data, compensation grids, scorecards, participation rules, severance and termination payouts
Project LeadershipLead compensation workstream independently through all project phases
Client InteractionGather business requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and manage client expectations
