| CASA Growth | Mobilize liabilities through growth of CASA portfolio within branch catchment area |
| Customer Service Management | Ensure efficient complaint resolution within defined TATs and maintain high customer service scores |
| Customer Engagement | Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events to strengthen relationships |
| CRM Implementation | Ensure proper CRM usage by Sales, Relationship, and BSD teams and conduct periodic reviews |
| Branch Operations | Oversee upkeep of branch and ATM infrastructure and escalate operational issues when required |
| Fraud Management | Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective fraud management within the branch cluster |
| Compliance & Controls | Ensure branch compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes |
| Reporting | Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and other operational reports |
| Security & Asset Protection | Ensure safety and security of bank and customer assets |
| Audit Management | Ensure internal and external audit requirements are fulfilled as per regulatory norms |
| Performance Management | Track daily productivity, monitor book movement, and review employee performance |
| HR Coordination | Work with HCM business partner for periodic employee performance reviews and training needs |
| People Management | Set KPIs for team members, monitor performance, and ensure effective performance management processes |
| Training & Development | Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and training initiatives |
| Risk & Internal Controls | Follow risk policies to mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, reputational, and audit risks |
| Audit Support | Compile required information and documentation for departmental audits |
