Role ObjectiveManage branch profitability, drive revenue growth, ensure compliance, and deliver superior customer service while leading branch operations and team performance
Strategy & P&L ManagementMaintain branch Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet; execute branch strategy aligned with bank’s overall branch banking strategy
Revenue GenerationDrive revenue through cross-selling TPP (Third Party Products), RA (Retail Assets), and BB (Business Banking) products
CASA GrowthMobilize liabilities through growth of CASA portfolio within branch catchment area
Customer Service ManagementEnsure efficient complaint resolution within defined TATs and maintain high customer service scores
Customer EngagementConduct customer engagement programs and marketing events to strengthen relationships
CRM ImplementationEnsure proper CRM usage by Sales, Relationship, and BSD teams and conduct periodic reviews
Branch OperationsOversee upkeep of branch and ATM infrastructure and escalate operational issues when required
Fraud ManagementCoordinate with internal teams to ensure effective fraud management within the branch cluster
Compliance & ControlsEnsure branch compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes
ReportingEnsure timely submission of MIS reports and other operational reports
Security & Asset ProtectionEnsure safety and security of bank and customer assets
Audit ManagementEnsure internal and external audit requirements are fulfilled as per regulatory norms
Performance ManagementTrack daily productivity, monitor book movement, and review employee performance
HR CoordinationWork with HCM business partner for periodic employee performance reviews and training needs
People ManagementSet KPIs for team members, monitor performance, and ensure effective performance management processes
Training & DevelopmentDevelop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and training initiatives
Risk & Internal ControlsFollow risk policies to mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, reputational, and audit risks
Audit SupportCompile required information and documentation for departmental audits
