| Role Overview | Provide client service support to ensure smooth processing of service requests, maintain high service quality, coordinate with internal teams, and assist SRMs in managing private banking clients. |
| Key Responsibilities | Process service requests within TAT, maintain quality responses and resolutions, assist SRMs with documentation, handle account maintenance and closure requests, resolve client queries related to accounts and transactions, process Re-KYC and risk profiling documents, prepare client portfolio reports and MIS, correct transaction or account errors, coordinate with operations and product teams, handle NRI transactions, and manage trade and forex transactions. |
| Additional Responsibilities | Maintain existing client accounts through excellent service, support relationship managers in deepening client relationships, ensure KYC compliance, improve internal processes and controls, and meet internal audit and compliance requirements. |
