Team / LeadershipLeads a team of Exit & Benefits specialists; SPOC for HRBPs, payroll, finance, legal, and business teams
Scope / FocusEnd-to-end management of employee exits, post-exit formalities, recovery management, insurance benefits, and leave administration for a high-volume workforce (~800–1,000 exits/week)
Key Responsibilities– Administer resignations, terminations, F&F settlements, statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, gratuity)- Oversee insurance benefits, claims, and enrolments; act as escalation point for complex cases- Manage leave/time-off administration with accuracy and payroll alignment- Partner with HRIS/technology teams to automate and standardize processes- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements- Maintain MIS, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation- Lead team, allocate work, coach, and manage capacity while handling high-volume operations
Experience / EducationGraduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field with 4–5 years in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or Payroll; prior team leadership essential
Skills / TraitsHigh ownership, execution orientation, attention to detail, compliance-focused, strong stakeholder management, MIS/dashboard proficiency, Excel/Google Sheets skills
