| Scope / Focus | End-to-end payroll and benefits operations, compliance, statutory filings, high-volume F&F settlements, insurance benefits administration, and process standardization for multiple legal entities |
| Key Responsibilities | – Oversee salary processing, benefits administration, exits/F&F settlements, payroll recoveries– Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for statutory/tax audits- Partner with HRIS/technology teams for automation and process improvement- Standardize SOPs, maintain MIS, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation- Guide, coach, and manage the payroll & benefits team- Oversee year-end activities, TDS filings, and timely Form-16 issuance |
| Experience / Education | Master’s in HR, Labour Laws, or related; 7–8 years in payroll/benefits management, with 2–3 years in managerial role; experience with multiple legal entities and statutory audits preferred |
