Scope / FocusEnd-to-end employee lifecycle touchpoints, including offers, onboarding, BGV, benefits administration, and offboarding; managing HR dashboards, audit-ready documentation, and compliance
Key Responsibilities– Validate and release offers, check candidate documentation- Onboard new hires and activate HRMS records- Manage BGV process with vendors and resolve discrepancies- Execute exit formalities per SOPs and TATs- Administer employee benefits (car lease, learning assistance, awards)- Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and audit-ready documentation
Skills / Competencies– MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)- High attention to detail, process adherence- Structured work practices, service-oriented- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data
