Customer Relationship ManagementManage end-to-end customer interaction, explain product offerings, resolve sales queries, cross-sell products, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Dealer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with assigned vehicle dealers to support finance business growth.
Deal ProcessingCollect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and perform accurate data entry in systems such as RSPM and SAGE.
Internal CoordinationCoordinate with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

QualificationGraduate (Any Discipline)
Experience Required0 – 2 years (preferably in vehicle sales)
