Role OverviewResponsible for driving sales of retail personal loan products, achieving business targets, managing customer relationships, and supervising the sales team to ensure business growth.
Core ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve targets for retail loan products through cross-selling; Expand and retain the customer base to generate repeat business and referrals; Maximize sales through strong networking and relationship management; Maintain strong relationships with clients; Ensure smooth processing of loan applications from login to disbursement by coordinating with operations and credit teams; Manage and supervise a team of relationship managers to achieve sales targets; Align the team with ground-level lead generation activities; Train, motivate, and deploy the sales team to drive growth; Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies; Provide feedback to product and policy teams to improve offerings; Ensure compliance with audit requirements and RBI regulations.
