Role OverviewResponsible for supporting personal loan sales operations by identifying potential customers, collecting and verifying documents, and assisting in loan processing under the supervision of a manager.
Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers for business with guidance from supervisor/manager; Collect and verify customer documents as per company norms; Log loan cases in the system according to SOP and follow up until disbursement; Maintain required sanction ratio as per organizational targets; Understand customer needs and cross-sell financial products; Assist in empanelment of new vendors and build relationships with them; Ensure compliance with audit and RBI regulations under supervisor guidance.
