Role OverviewResponsible for driving business loan sales through channel partners, achieving targets, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to ensure portfolio growth and profitability.
Core ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve business targets for retail loan products; Cross-sell products while strengthening client relationships; Retain and expand customer base for repeat business and referrals; Maximize sales through strong network and channel relationships; Ensure smooth processing of loan files from login to disbursement by coordinating with operations and credit teams; Manage and optimize team productivity of relationship managers; Lead ground-level lead generation activities; Train and motivate the sales team to implement growth strategy; Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence; Provide feedback to central product and policy teams; Ensure compliance with audit and RBI regulations as per company policies.
