Primary ObjectiveDrive revenue growth and manage client relationships by offering suitable banking products and financial solutions
Revenue GenerationAchieve targets for earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality across all product groups
Client AcquisitionIdentify and acquire new clients by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate banking solutions
Relationship ManagementManage end-to-end client lifecycle including need identification, advisory, deal structuring, and closure
Risk ManagementAssess client needs and risks to maintain an optimal risk-reward balance for the bank
Product CommunicationPromote and position bank products effectively; communicate unique selling points (USPs)
Branding & PRUndertake brand communication initiatives for assigned products
Market ResearchAnalyze customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends through primary and secondary research
Credit AppraisalEvaluate proposals using financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ratios, and assess management, industry, and economic risks
Documentation & ComplianceMaintain high-quality documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Internal CoordinationWork closely with Risk, Product, Operations, and other internal teams
Key Skills RequiredSales & negotiation, financial analysis, credit assessment, relationship management, communication, market awareness
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience in banking/NBFC, knowledge of financial products, ability to manage high-value clients, target-driven
