| Primary Objective | Manage SME operations, ensure smooth loan disbursement processes, and maintain compliance with policies and quality standards |
| Core Responsibility | Oversee end-to-end operations for secured and unsecured business lending |

| Vendor Management | Manage credit verification vendors and ensure adherence to TAT and quality standards |
| Disbursement Process | Handle end-to-end disbursement and payment processes |

| OTC & PDD Management | Manage OTC (One Time Charges) and PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) processes with zero gaps |

| Internal Coordination | Work closely with Sales and Underwriting teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency |
