| Primary Objective | Drive sales and collections for Microfinance JLG (Joint Liability Group) customers while maintaining strong customer relationships |
| Core Responsibility | Manage end-to-end microfinance sourcing, group formation, disbursement coordination, and collections |
| Customer Acquisition | Conduct village surveys, prospect customers, and explain MFI product offerings |
| Group Formation | Form JLG groups and promote financial literacy among borrowers |
| Loan Sourcing | Collect customer data, verify documents, and complete sourcing process via LOS |
| Approval Coordination | Work with Branch Manager and Credit Ops for approvals and disbursement |
| Centre Meetings | Plan and conduct regular borrower meetings with 100% participation |
| Portfolio Management | Manage a portfolio of 450–500 customers |
| Collections & Recovery | Ensure timely collections and 100% deposit as per SOP |
| Loan Monitoring | Conduct end-use verification of loans |
| Customer Relationship | Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and ensure satisfaction |
| Compliance | Follow SOPs, maintain discipline, and adhere to company policies |
| Reporting | Prepare daily activity reports and coordinate reconciliation with Ops team |
| Sales Support | Promote cross-sell/top-up products and maintain lead-to-login ratios |
