| Primary Objective | Drive microfinance business through customer sourcing, group formation, and ensuring timely collections |
| Core Responsibility | Manage end-to-end MFI operations including sourcing, verification, disbursement coordination, and recovery |
| Customer Acquisition | Conduct village surveys and prospect customers in assigned areas |
| Group Formation | Form Joint Liability Groups (JLG) and promote financial literacy |
| Loan Sourcing | Collect, validate, and upload customer data via LOS as per SOP |
| Verification Process | Conduct CGT, house verification, and income assessment for quality sourcing |
| Approval Coordination | Coordinate with Branch Manager and Credit Ops for approvals and disbursement |
| Centre Meetings | Plan and conduct centre meetings ensuring full borrower participation |
| Portfolio Management | Manage a portfolio of 450–500 customers |
| Collections & Recovery | Ensure timely collections and 100% deposit as per SOP |
| Loan Monitoring | Conduct end-use verification of loans |
| Customer Relationship | Maintain strong and healthy relationships with borrowers |
| Compliance | Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and maintain zero audit issues |
| Reporting | Submit daily activity reports and ensure reconciliation with Ops/Credit teams |
