Job Summary:
IndusInd Bank is hiring an experienced Asset Recovery Executive to recover overdue payments and outstanding debts. The role requires strong legal knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to implement effective collection strategies. The ideal candidate will handle legal recovery processes and ensure timely and accurate debt collection through coordination with legal entities and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recover overdue payments and outstanding debts.
- Handle legal recovery through legal tools and coordinate with advocates/government agencies.
- Maintain internal systems and prepare MIS reports.
- Travel for field recovery as required.
- Provide timely reports on recovery status.
- Exhibit problem-solving and time-management skills.
Education & Experience:
- Education: LLB Graduate (Essential)
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in legal recovery (Essential)
