Role SummaryResponsible for managing B2B customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption of platform features, and customer retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesEncourage clients to use new features, relay customer feedback to internal teams, evaluate churn risk and improve retention, develop customer success plans, conduct quarterly and annual customer reviews, build customer relationships, align customers with enablement resources, ensure platform adoption.
Experience Required1–2 years of enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience in SaaS (preferably B2B).
Skills RequiredCustomer success management, account management, communication skills, strategic planning, project management, customer retention, stakeholder management, SaaS platform adoption.
Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Additional Role ExpectationAct as liaison between customer and company, ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption and awareness.
