Legal & Documentation WorkDraft memos, show cause letters, suspension letters, absconding letters, PIP letters, replies to ALC/DLC, investigation documentation, coordinate with enquiry officers and legal counsel.
Employee Grievance HandlingHandle employee escalations, provide guidance on ER matters, policy advisory, staff issue resolution.
