| Legal & Documentation Work | Draft memos, show cause letters, suspension letters, absconding letters, PIP letters, replies to ALC/DLC, investigation documentation, coordinate with enquiry officers and legal counsel. |
| Employee Grievance Handling | Handle employee escalations, provide guidance on ER matters, policy advisory, staff issue resolution. |
