Job Summary:
IndusInd Bank is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and expand its client base. This role involves deepening relationships with mapped customers and acquiring new ones by promoting banking and third-party products. Ideal candidates will have solid banking knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive customer engagement through multiple delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the bank’s liability base by strengthening relationships with mapped customers.
- Address all banking needs of clients, including third-party product sales.
- Improve product penetration in the mapped customer base.
- Activate clients via Net Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Video Branch, and Point-of-Sale services.
- Promote and sell third-party products to increase per-client revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all bank processes and maintain a high standard of operations.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (preferred exposure to financial subjects).
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry (preferred).
Certifications & Preferences:
- Mandatory: AMFI Certification
- Preferred: IRDA Certification, prior experience in banking or financial services.
- Candidates from Insurance/NBFC backgrounds may also be considered.
